more moons--this was a potent metaphor for all.
(reposting here what I just posted at spiritcloth)I arrive late as always, living my day for night schedule. Still I love the stream of conversation, the like spirited other trash divers, and adore handstories story. I have a new dye pot working on the stove with all the gleanings from Fall's harvest, and I've torn some strips of fabric. I'm planning a bundle with tin can, and rusted things + copper. However, looks like the warm weekend will lead me out to the park for some nature delighting. There's always the evenings.
--hope that wasn't as dumb as I now think it might have been (two referents will make no sense here)- sorry - but also to say, I don't see the red spot, and wow what is that rag woven thing? The stitching on the moon in the trees reminds me of grace. I'll go to sleep and wonder. Nite nite.
Nancy, I love your full moon...beautiful little cloth.

Nancy, three goodies here! A braided rug or mat? I love the stitched moon piece and I do see the red dot beside the moon! xo
i think i see it, bottom left? or am i just seeing spots now from trying so hard?
& love the scattered tree stitching and flowered moon.
I love how there is a hint of trees, just the way they sometimes appear at night.
YES i love the moon in trees,

they are...because it's HOW they
are
sometimes

I like the 'surprise in the mail', it has got everything: texture, colour and mystery.
