Fingers Crossed

Last night the traffic was Really Bad.

Took 2+ hours to get home, as everyone was heading out of town for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Headlights, taillights...North, South and every side road...bumper to bumper.

I hope today is not quite as bad.

Look Here

At any rate, I am so Thankful for each and every one of you who travel along with me.

Happy Thanksgiving all.

Gotta get on the road...

  1. Don had a dental appointment yesterday and the traffic on the interstate was absolutely nuts ... may you be safe in your travels there and back again ...

  2. Nancy, in this season of thanks and giving,
Stay safe while driving to make a living.
You are a caring, wonderful woman so dear,
I will raise my glass of eggnog, to give you a cheer.

Traveling along beside you on your very special blog,
Your blog trails are filled with wonder and best of all, no fog!
    Informative, fun, loving, you share so much from your heart;
So even though we live in different states, we are not far apart.

For All that you give, your CMB's so filled with loving yarn selection,
You, dear Nancy, are on our gratitude list, with deepest affection.

  3. Liz~ Yeah, amazing isn't it? I keep wondering why there are so many folks on the road (not this holiday traffic, but just all of the time)...after all, they keep talking about how so many people are quitting their jobs...so, where is everyone going?!! ha Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, you two :)

Marti~ thank you for your sweet words :) Have a happy Thanksgiving. I'm so grateful you're here, rhyming and jiving along with me!

Dee~ It is! But, I got to leave early today, so it was much, much better! I hope your Thanksgiving is mellow and good too.

  5. Dana~ It is Dana, but I'm trying to stay optimistic about it (of course, getting off early helps!) - if I don't it will be too much. Mind over matter and all that ๐Ÿ˜‰
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours as well. There is much to be grateful for this year. xo
