Small Stone #27

Small Stone #27:

I drag myself out into the early morning brightness, convinced I will overcome the feeling of low-grade illness.  Layers of clouds suspended over layers of mountainside.  Shades of gray float over shades of brown.  Back home the patches of blue disappear as the sheets of gray are pulled up tight under the sun's chin, inspiring me to pull up my own blanket and nap on the couch.

I hope you are feeling better tomorrow. Catching up here (& every where else). it was nice to have all of these glimpses of life at once, traveling along moments of days.

Cindy~ Yes, sometimes the picture painted looks different when viewed altogether! I'm glad you've stopped by & left your thoughts! Sadly, I feel worse today :(

I love the last line, I'm envisioning your sunny self all tucked in. Hope you're feeling better. You're almost there with only 4 to go! Will you do it again? xo

P.S. I haven't written a single thing more. ;)

Peggy~ Well, today is a repeat of yesterday as far as weather and health! Except now I've got meds to help me :)
I love how you've not written again, just as I have crocheted one yellow strand only! It's good to do only what feeds you, not the 'shouldas'!
I will finish the month. After that, I've not decided. But, I am looking forward to having completed the commitment, so we'll see!
