10 Minute Drill #3

The little bug is long gone...
Here is the new bug.  Could little bug have morphed into the new bug?
 We did find that exoskeleton.
They look so different though.  Mmmmm...
As of very early this morning: the new bug is gone too...
And late this afternoon: 3 sunflowers are chomped off their stems!
1 sunflower head is in the soil.  And two have vanished completely!

I wonder... what took the sunflowers?

Overnight, the tomato went from green but healthy this:
So what happened to the tomato?

* Note:  This 10 Minute Drill took place a couple of minutes here and a couple of minutes there...but writing the post only took about 10 minutesI'm trying to speed up my posting skills!  :)

So now the tomato looks like a wool penny on a penny rug. :-)

I consult about buggies and what worms into fruit (the tomato is a fruit. Every season they put a bug and pest guide out with pictures of the effect of and the critters themselves--they sell natural garden supplements and treatments, also some for the home and hearth. Have a look. Meanwhile it's art, and mystery.

10 mins - that is impressive, it takes me that long to think what to write. As to the sunflowers, I do believe bunnies absolutely love them - any wild ones around your place?

i keep thinking that all the insects also had a surprising and
challenging season, so are just
